Sigh of Satisfaction
5 energy 1 second casting 20 second recharge time Chant. For 5...13 seconds, the next time an ally within earshot lands a critical hit, all nearby allies gain 2 energy and 10...37 health. I must be genius! maybe.... I guess with Aim for the Eyes, this could be used quite easily. But not many people split command and motivation. So, I guess this works... possibly. |
